The Port Sorell Medical Centre was established 2003, and have since been servicing patients in the Port Sorell, Shearwater, and the Hawley Beach area. Our Practice now draws patients from many other parts of the state, as well as from our local region. We are a caring, family practice, and aim to deliver the highest standard of medical care for our patients.

Our location is ideal for those who live or work in Port Sorell and surrounding areas, such as Shearwater, and Hawley Beach area. There is also free parking available nearby for those who prefer to drive.
Please arrive on time for your appointment as late arrivals cause schedule delays. It is at the discretion of the Doctor/Nurse whether you are seen after other patients or offered another appointment. Sometimes we run late due to someone needing urgent attention. It is not always possible to see your usual doctor in an emergency. If you have an urgent problem please see the doctor on duty. Book a long appointment if you need more time. Please book a brief appointment for repeat scripts. If you are unable to keep a booking please notify us well in advance or a non-attendance fee is payable.
We are open 6 days a week, with appointments available from 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 12noon Saturday.
