What happens after booking?

When you complete your booking, you'll receive an email with your booking details. At this stage, you have a confirmed booking; the same as if you had called the practice and made an appointment.

Whilst the practice may call you to verify your personal details and to give you more information about the appointment, you should proceed to the appointment normally.

We do encourage all patients to call the practice before their appointment to ensure that the practitioner is running on time.

What happens if I am unable to make my appointment?

If you cannot make your scheduled appointment time, please call the practice immediately.

Some practices charge a cancellation fee if cancellations are made within a certain time period.
